Dental Plans
PCC Aerostructures offers two dental plan options, a base plan and an employee buy-up plan. Highlights of both are as follows:
Networks
Delta Dental PPO Dentists offer in-network discounts. These dentists will submit claims directly to Delta Dental.

Delta Dental Premier Dentists are considered out-of-network providers, so Delta Dental will reimburse you at a lower level. However, Premier Dentists have agreed to pre-negotiated lower rates, so you pay less. They will also submit claims directly to Delta Dental.
Non-Participating Dentists are dentists who do not participate in the Delta Dental network and who have not agreed to charge pre-negotiated rates. Delta Dental will reimburse you for up to the pre-negotiated rate, but you are responsible for any balance. You will need to submit your own claims to Delta Dental. |
